May 2021 Group Consulting Session

We discussed upcoming projects and workshops in the work and got feedback from the community – including our new ability to help people identify their WHY in a few short minutes and then articulate their HOW and WHAT and our new Build a Lighthouse Workshop. We also discussed our new offering of a Psychological Safety Inventory and debrief with teams and our forthcoming Courageous Leadership Program. Fellow Paradigm Pioneers also gave updates.
