March 2021 Group Consulting Session

We had a valuable session facilitated by one of our own Paradigm Pioneers, Michelle Spehr. Fellow community members brought forward challenges their facing; then we broke into 3 breakout rooms in which one person shared their challenge and then we followed a process to help them work through by offering thoughts and wisdom. In our large group debrief afterwards, everyone found great value in using this process and said we should do it again (perhaps quarterly).

Michelle also offered a great resource to help bring variety to virtual facilitation – Play on Purpose.
