Rosie presented a synthesis of data to help explain and describe this “humanity tipping point” we’re facing and that, not unlike the Boiling Frog Learning Disability, data has been showing for many years a need to rethink how we approach organizational culture, people, wellbeing and more. However, many leaders and organizations have ignored the building of this data until we’ve hit a crisis tipping point (aka “The Great Resignation” or “Turnover Tsunami”).

She then presented in detail the new Korn Ferry Future of Work Trends 2022 report that describes a new era of humanity. We then spent time in breakout rooms discussing how to leverage the greater context and all this data to support the important Paradigm Pioneering work members of this community do.
