April 2022 Monthly Group Consulting Session

We spent our time in community discussing ideas and questions facing the work we do as Paradigm Pioneers. We introduced ourselves to help welcome a first-time attendee who completed the TWCC last fall and reconnect with each other. Then we discussed the following:

1. How people are dealing with the systemic nature of change and being thoughtful and deliberate to build in practices and processes so that wellbeing, connection and collaboration aren’t simply an after-thought or one extra thing that doesn’t really stick.
2. How people are or can start to leverage the Atlas of the Heart work to better build emotional literacy and help people more effectively shape their experiences.
3. The value of taking time to foster Honorable Closure; this is a guided discussion to close out a chapter (after a toxic experience on a team, after someone leaves, after a difficult situation, etc.). You can access the questions here.
