The DALM Facilitator Training program is for executive coaches, TWCC graduates, and professionals in training & development, human performance, or organizational development.

Spring 2024: May 8 – June 12, 2024 (6 sessions) | Wednesdays, 10 a.m. t0 12:30 p.m. Central

• Cost: $1,895 (includes $200 for print materials shipped to you one week before the session starts).
• Annual license renewal fee: $250

To maintain the integrity of the program content and ensure it’s delivered effectively, DALM facilitators must meet the following criteria:

1. You care about the employee & human experience at work.
2. You are a skilled facilitator.
3. You have extensive professional experience in at least one of the following: workplace culture transformation, organizational development, training & development, leadership development, coaching, or are a TWCC graduate and active member of the Paradigm Pioneer community.
4. You have read or will read the following books before training begins: How to Build a Thriving Culture at Work and Rehumanizing the Workplace. 
5. You are committed to using this work to transform teams and workplaces.
